How it Works

1) Fill out your order. Include your contact information, food preferences (allergies, sensitivities, intolerance), pick an order date and time, and any other information that will be helpful.

2) Choose what you what to order. Describe the product you want, colour, flavour, amount, notes about how you want food chosen and, if the item is hard to find, a possible store where one could find it. If there are any problems with shopping, you will be contacted.

3) Submit your form. You will receive an automatic notice that the form has been submitted, and we'll confirm all the details shortly after, about 1 business day later, of the order.

4) If there are any questions, changes or issues with the order, let us know.

5) We'll shop for your order and prepare it for delivery. Everything we believe to be as fresh as we can find from the grocery store.

6) We will deliver your order in the specified time frame. If anything changes, you will be informed. If you need help carrying in the food, if the delivery person is assured it is safe to do so, they will. We can also leave the groceries outside your house if you are unable to meet us. Don't worry about the storage containers, we'll contact you later.

7) Enjoy the food!

Our prices work by charging $10 for delivery of your order. We will deliver as much, or as little as you want - the fee applies for all orders.

Groceries will be charged based the market prices when we purchase your items. These prices are subject to change, and are set by us. You will receive a receipt of your purchase when we deliver, and if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.
